Rest Pod
sessions

You’re not lazy. You’re overstimulated.

This isn’t a nap. It’s nervous system maintenance.
This Rest Pod session is 30 minutes in total...allowing 20 minutes for silence|guided meditation|relaxing playlist, 5 min to get comfortable at the start, and 5 min to ready yourself for stepping back into your day. These pods are designed to help your body do what it already knows how to do: rest and recover.

This will fill your cup to overflowing so that no one gets anything but the overflow. And you’ll leave feeling like you have capacity to handle all the things life sends your way. 

  • What You’ll Experience:

    • A beautiful, comfortable chair enclosed with a canopy

    • Cozy blanket, optional eye mask, low lighting

    • Noise canceling headphones...you can choose silenc, guided meditation or calming music 

    • Optional aromatherapy

    • A nervous system that finally gets to exhale

  • Who It’s For:

    • ​High-functioning humans who are done being tired

    • Entrepreneurs, caregivers, overthinkers, and the chronically over-responsible
