A 4-session experience designed to rebuild nervous system resilience and expand capacity using my signature DROP Method.

You’ll begin to shift out of chronic stress cycles and into embodied, restorative living.
Each session weaves together:

  • Somatic practices

  • Reiki + energy healing

  • Between-session message support for integration

Ongoing 1:1 support · Two private sessions/month

 

The REST Method Integration is ongoing support for people ready to stop dipping in and out of survival mode and instead build a life led by nervous system resilience, prioritizing yourself through rest.

REST stands for:

  • Resilience – expand your capacity for stress, stillness, and self

  • Ease – release urgency and pressure as a way of life

  • Strategy – create rhythms and boundaries that support your nervous system

  • Transformation – not a temporary fix, but embodied, lasting change

Each month includes two private sessions (virtual or in person), where we weave together:

  • Reiki + energy work

  • Somatic guidance and body-led integration

  • Frequency scans + nervous system tech

  • Ongoing intuitive strategy rooted in your lived experience

We’re not just resting more. We’re changing what rest even means.


This is where we rewire the belief that your worth is tied to your output and build a new way of being that starts with capacity, not depletion.
